APPENDIX B
The professional commission template
The four-part verification protocol
☐ Facts: you opened the original source behind every figure and every reference. ☐ Logic: the premises really do lead to the conclusion drawn from them. ☐ Omission: what is the exception here, who disagrees, and which constraint went unmentioned? ☐ Impact: who gets hurt if this is wrong, and how long before the mistake shows?
The table of the six gates
| 1 | The assessment matrix, coloured in and dated | Date: ______ |
| 2 | An explanation page for a non-specialist | Date: ______ |
| 3 | A professional output with its verification documented | Date: ______ |
| 4 | A red-team report + a cognitive shield plan | Date: ______ |
| 5 | An approved policy + a UCSMM assessment | Date: ______ |
| 6 | An initiative launched + a succession document | Date: ______ |
The twelve-week plan
One week to read and one week for the gate, for each of the six degrees. Write your dates in the last column above and tell one person what they are. A date that nobody but you knows about is not an appointment. It is only an intention.
The programme is measured by what left your hands, not by what passed your eyes. Here is the whole delivery list on one page.

The acceptance standard is the same at all six gates: it is judged by someone who had no part in preparing it. And the next degree does not open before the previous output is handed in — tell one person your dates, because a declared date gets kept.
