The Wise AI Ambassador programme, a Fawzooz initiative, is a shield for society: it keeps fast innovation and ethical responsibility in balance, and it builds the kind of person who can carry both at once.

The promise
Explain to a non-specialist how an intelligent system learns and why it gets things wrong — without a single equation.
Produce real work in your field with AI, and verify it before you sign your name to it.

Two conditions
Do not skip a degree before passing its gate.

Knowledge that is not tried is not knowledge, it is an impression.
The six degrees
You name your position relative to the technology, precisely.
Before you learn anything, know where you stand. This degree teaches no technology: it clears the ground you will build on, corrects your picture of the present, drops the myths holding you back, and fixes exactly where you are.
What you do: Colour the four dimensions of your own matrix, then sign the contract with yourself: your weakest dimension, the degree and chapter you start from, the date you will pass its gate, and the person you will show the output to.
You have passed when: You named a real person and a real date. An output nobody sees does not get made.
Degree five, in depth
Degree five asks you to measure your organisation against the UCSMM model.
The model, its twenty statements and the way it is scored have a page of their own — you answer there, and it works out your score.
How a chapter works
Every chapter opens with a boxed statement of what you will be able to do at its end.
Do them, do not read them.
The exercise is the chapter; the text around it is the briefing.

The badge
You carry it once the six gates are behind you, and by then you hold six real pieces of work: a maturity matrix, a page that explains the machine, a verified deliverable, a red-team report, an approved policy, and an initiative with the document that hands it on.
This badge says its holder passed the gates of the Wise AI Ambassador programme, uses artificial intelligence wisely, and puts cognitive security and governance to work in their own job.
The charter
I am going for the badge of Wise AI Ambassador, and I hold myself to five things every time a new technology reaches my hands:
I do not take what a model gives me as fact. I ask where it got that, I read the context, I check it — and then I build on it.
I look after what is entrusted to me, and I give no intelligent system trust it has not earned. I want technology to be a door that opens for me, not a way in for someone else.
Technology does not stand still, so neither do I. I keep my own tools current, to lead the change rather than run after it.
I put it to making people abler, solving a problem that is actually there, and building work that bends without breaking. And I keep it away from anything that harms a person or takes a right from them.
What reached me does not stop with me. I teach it to the people around me, and I leave the digital place I work in safer and wiser than I found it.

Terms of use
I give the Wise AI Ambassador programme as a waqf: I never sell it, I put nothing in it behind a fee, and I ask nothing of you for reading it. What follows is not a price. It is what you may do with the work and what you may not — you read it once, you agree, and the first unit opens.
Two things you may do, but ask me first, because both carry my name somewhere I cannot see it: translating the programme into another language, and teaching it where a fee is charged for the teaching. Ask, and I will say yes in writing, gladly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
